Xaminer360 needs a moderator!

Moderator: We need a moderator to watch over our upcoming forum, Xaminer360. The moderator will be granted control over the majority of the sub-forums and will be given the ability to warn and ban users. However, the forum has yet to be opened, so I would only like to hire moderators who can provide a reasonable background of experience, preferably with links to the site(s) you have moderated. Moderators will also have to donate some of their time to the forum. You do not necessarily have to log in and post everyday, but we ask that you inspect topics regularly to seek out rule-breakers. It is also optional that you have an interest in Xbox Live gaming, so you can partake in the community yourselves whenever necessary. Despite numerous delays, the forum is due to open within the next week, so I would ask that applicants would please send me a PM or enclose their e-mail address in their post so I can provide them with a draft of the board rules and moderator etiquette and open an account for them if they are chosen to work for the board. Sadly, funds are rather low for the board, so work as a moderator is entirely voluntary. However, should the board become a success in the future, it would extremely beneficial to mark your experience on the forum down for future employment opportunities.

It is impossible to Register which means no one can become a Moderator.
The board is offline so you need to stop promoting until the forum is finished and people can actually register.

I'm sorry, but I don't recall reading a rule against advertising boards in development. Also, allow me to quote a line in my advertisement:

Well then why do you need a Moderator if it is not open?
Not trying to be mean just trying to prove a point.

That's cool man, no worries.
I just want to have a moderator ready because the forum has gained a bit of interest from other advertising sites. It wouldn't hurt to have a bit of help once the forum opens, but I do see where you're coming from.

You should at least allow registration so when the time comes the people who have already registered can just log in and BOOM! total popularity!
